Debbie Henderson, CEO, Lead Practice Management Consultant

dsc_5690-2With more than 25 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health practice management, I am driven by one goal: helping community-based practices thrive. As CEO and lead consultant, I partner with individual and group practitioners to streamline operations, set achievable goals, and implement strategic growth plans that drive profitability—no matter the practice’s size or stage of development.

My heart is with the independent practitioners who are working hard to deliver exceptional care and run a successful business. I’m here to help them do both.

Rooted in the values of my strong Southern upbringing, I bring a personal touch to every client relationship, treating each practice with the same care and respect I show my own family. Outside the office, I recharge in the mountains or by the ocean, cooking for loved ones and enjoying time with my beloved grandchildren

dsc_5690-2As Director of Operations, I lead with a vision centered on growth, collaboration, and operational excellence. With 13 years of experience in revenue cycle management for behavioral health practices, I combine my expertise in billing, mental health operations, and leadership development to create systems that allow practices to thrive.

My educational background in social work, along with my experience as an interim professor at a local community college, fuels my commitment to empowering both my team and the providers we serve. I believe that leadership is about creating opportunities for others to succeed, and I am passionate about building a culture where people are encouraged, challenged, and celebrated.

The most rewarding part of my work is giving providers the freedom to focus on patient care—confident that their revenue is in expert hands. What excites me most about my role is the chance to continually innovate, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful success for the practices under my leadership.

Kristin Leigh Wiggins/Revenue Cycle Director

dsc_5690-2I am a devoted billing specialist and practice manager with over eight years of experience in mental health practice management. Based in North Topsail Beach, NC, I have dedicated my career to the success and growth of multiple mental health practices.

With a lengthy background in customer service and over fifteen years in the service industry, I’ve worked with many privately owned businesses (small and large). My expertise lies in building personal and profession trust with clients and employers alike, and I am fully committed to assisting practices in reaching their full potential.

Outside of work, I enjoy a quiet beach life with my small family and am a part of a unique island community. If not combing the beach for shells and shark’s teeth, you’ll find me spending time in the NC mountains and visiting extended family in Western NC.

My goal is to support providers by ensuring financial operations run smoothly, so they can stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Joshua (JT) Wiggins/Credentialing & Onboarding Manager

dsc_5690-2With 7 years of experience in medical and behavioral health credentialing, I focus on building strong, transparent relationships with providers and their practices. My work centers on credentialing, contract negotiation, and clear communication—ensuring each provider has a solid foundation to grow and succeed.

I genuinely enjoy problem solving and helping providers navigate the complex credentialing process. The most rewarding part of my work is getting to see a provider build their practice and thrive. It all starts with credentialing—this is where the path to streamlined operations and steady revenue begins, and I’m proud to be a part of that journey.
